Adan V. Rodriguez Jr., 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Lasara, TX. He was born on March 21, 1950, in Mexico, to Adan Rodriguez Sr. and Marina V. Rodriguez.
He is survived by his loving wife, Wenceslada Rodriguez Rios, his sons, Jose Adan Rodriguez, Ozzy Rodriguez, Oscar Rodriguez, and Edgar I. Rodriguez, his daughters, Enereida Mendoza, and Maria G. Zuniga, his brothers, Juan Rodriguez, and Delfino, his sisters, Mary Rodriguez, Diana, Dayanira, and Graciela, his grandchildren, Mario, Joe Jr., Jasmine, Jorge, Carlos, Tommy, Elizabeth, Felix, Evelyn, Araon, A.J, Matthew, Mya, Edgar, Marina, Noah, and Amilia, and 13 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adan Rodriguez Sr. and Marina V. Rodriguez, and his sisters, Irma, Ursula, Josefa, and Yolanda Rodriguez.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. and will resume on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Lasara. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Lasara Cemetery.
