Amelia Lopez Dominguez

Amelia Lopez Dominguez, 91, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. She was born May 26, 1932, in Los Fresnos, TX, to Francisco Lopez and Guadalupe Reyes.

She is survived by her son, Reynaldo Dominguez, her brothers, Nestor Lopez and Jesus Lopez, her sister, Gertrudes Lopez Gomez, her grandchildren, Argelio Torres (Adelina) and Andrea Hernandez (Gilbert), and her great-grandchildren, Argelio Torres Jr., Celest Hernandez, Derrik Hernandez, Edward Hernandez, Loni-Rae Gonazlez, Thomas Wayne Gonazlez, John Paul Gonazlez, and James Patrick Gonazlez.

She is preceded in her death by her beloved husband, Encarnacion Dominguez, her daughter, Maria Sylvia Torres, and her sisters, Higinia L. Tellez and Maria Lopez.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. and will resume on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. with a holy rosary at 7 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow to her final place of rest at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Francisco Rodriguez Jr., David Villa, Jerry Reyes, Eraclio Bernal, Derrik Hernandez, and Juan Bernal.
