Benito A. Lozano, 99, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 3, 2021. He was born on February 1, 1922 in Mexico to Inocencio Lozano and Margarita Acosta.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Inocencio and Margarita, sons, Benito “Benny” Lozano and Isidro Lozano, and daughter, Gloria Lozano. He is survived by his loving wife, Gabina Galvan Lozano, sons, Benito Lozano Jr., Jose A. Lozano, David Lozano, Santos and Mariezelda Lozano and Eric Lozano, daughters, Irma Lozano de Barrios, Lucia Lozano, Cristina Lozano, and Angie Browne, 2 brothers, 1 sister, 30 grandchildren, 65 great grandchildren, and 21 great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and resumed on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held today, Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Prince of Peace in Lyford,TX. A funeral procession will follow to his final rest of place in the Sebastian Guadalupe Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be David Lozano, Santos Lozano, David Lozano Jr., Diego Lozano, Fabian Lozano, and Rogelio Barrios Jr.
