Benjamin Garcia

Benjamin Garcia, 70, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in Temple, Texas. Benjamin was born in Raymondville, Texas, on October 8, 1954, to Pedro B. Garcia and Juanita Garcia. 

 He is survived by his loving wife, Suzana Flores Garcia, his sons, Benjamin Garcia Jr. (JoAnn), Marco Antonio Garcia (Amanda), and David Lee Garcia, his daughter, April Marie Ackers (Austin), his brother, Alberto (Yolanda) Garcia, his sisters, Maria Elena Gonzalez, Eloisa (Ramiro) Castillo, Sulema (Julian) Flores, Diana (Daniel) Sanchez, and Lorenza (Narciso) Vasquez, his grandchildren, Christopher George Gonzalez, Emily Erika Gonzalez, Benjamin Garcia III, Myah Alexandria Garcia, Remi James Garcia, Savannah Mae Garcia, Mallory Alexa Garcia, Masyn Alexander Garcia, Kamila Reign Bayless, Hunter Elliott Ackers, and Carter Dean Ackers, and his great grandchild, Everlee Skye Gonzalez.

He is preceded in death by, his father, Pedro B. Garcia, his mother, Juanita Garcia, and his brother, Pedro Garcia. 

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Pete Garcia, Noe Garcia, Justin Flores, Julian Flores, Adrian Vela, Christopher Gonzalez, Orlando Flores and Nick Zdansky. 

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 6 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Martins Catholic Church in Sebastian. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Sebastian Cemetery.
