Carlos Llanes, 67, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on July 8, 1953 in Raymondville, Texas to Carlos Llanes Sr. and Consuelo Serrano Llanes.
He is survived by his daughter, Clarisa Ann (Alfred) Guerra, grandchildren, Vianca Christine and Brianna Renee Perez, great grandchildren, Azalea Sinclair Hernandez, Elena Hernandez, and Melo Myles Brewer, brothers, Jose Luis Llanes, Mike (Ana) Llanes, and Angel (Ludie) Alber, and sisters, Emma Serna, Yolanda (David) Lake, Diana Walker, Eusevia “Cheva” Cervantes, Paula Salazar, Isabel (Pedro) Mendiola, and Nieves Salazar.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 4:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. and resumed on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. till 9:00 P.M. with a chapel service at 2:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. All services concluded at 9:00 P.M.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave., Raymondville, TX 78580.
