Carlos Urbina

Carlos Urbina, 66, of Raymondville, TX, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2024, with loved ones at this side.

Born on March 12, 1958, Carlos was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

He is survived by his wife, Drusilla Urbina, his children, Daniel (Christine) Urbina, Rebecca (Anthony) Elizondo, Elizabeth (Ben) Paschal, David (Jess) Urbina, and Naomi (Christopher) Robinson, and his brother, Mario Urbina. He also leaves behind the legacy of 14 grandchildren.

Carlos joins his parents, Juan B. and Gloria Urbina, and his daughter, Angela Reyes, in heaven. Carlos took great pride and joy in his family and worked hard for much of his life to provide for them. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them on trips and family gatherings.

Carlos also had a passion for sports, music, nature and painting.

Carlos especially valued time spent with his wife and best friend, Drusilla, and was grateful to have her by his side through the end.

Carlos will be remembered for his infectious sense of humor, his humble personality, and his tendency to look out for the little guy.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Daniel Urbina, David Urbina, Gavin Elizondo, George Elizondo, Samuel Reyes, and Jacob Reyes.

Carlos will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will forever be cherished.

Viewing will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
