Celia B. Marroquin

Celia B. Marroquin, 78, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. She was born on October 02, 1943, in Mexico to Maria Louisa Rodriguez.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sebastian Marroquin, son-in-law, Mike Rodriguez, Daughter-in-law, Lena Jill Marroquin, and a great grandchild, Izell Bella Jr. Celia is survived by her sons, Sevastian ( Juanita) Marroquin, Jose (Rosalinda) Marroquin, Antonio (Dora) Marroquin, Gilbert (Flor Estella) Marroquin, Rogelio Marroquin and Cruz (Joann) Marroquin, daughters, Lydia Rodriguez, Elizabeth (Armando) Moya, and Sylvia (Daniel) Solis, brothers, David Berumem, Ventura Rodriguez, and Johnny Rodriguez, sisters, Maria Guadalupe Pedraza, San Juana Juarez, Ninfa Aldape, Herlinda Contreras, Rebecca Rodriguez, Felipa Ramirez, Alicia Rodriguez, Mercedes Martinez, Noemi Rodriguez, Maria Luisa Rodriguez, grandchildren, 28, great grandchildren, 50, and great great grandchildren, 4.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral mass was held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with interment following to her final place of rest at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers were Maximo Marroquin, Mike Marroquin, Carlos Palomo, Antonio Marroquin Jr., Rogelio Marroquin, Bobby Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez, and Jonathan Rodriguez.
