Chrysanta M. Castillo

Chrysanta M. Castillo, 88, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Windsor Atrium in Harlingen, Tx. She was born on October 25, 1933, in Cuero, Tx to Evaristo Deleon and Ciriaca Villalobas.

She is survived by her sons, Carlos Oscar Castillo and Rene Castillo, daughter, Rose Marie Castillo-Lopez, grandchildren, Jorge, Christina Castillo, Kyra George, Conrado III, Geneva, Adrian, Eric Castillo, Connie Castaneda, Deena Madrid, David f, Aaron, Kathryn, Natalia Castillo, Ana Marie Hornback, Criselda, Sara Lopez, and Teresa R. Trevino, 28 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Chrysanta is preceded in death by her husband, Conrado Castillo Sr., and son, Conrado Castillo Jr.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. then will resume on Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Gateway United Pentecostal Church with interment to follow at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Adrian Castillo, Eric Castillo, Gabriel Gomez, Henrey Rivera, Ismael Marquez, Rodney Rivera, and Tobyn Trevino.
