Erik Daniel Perez II, 20, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in Lasara, TX. He was born on October 15, 2004, in Harlingen, TX, to Erik Daniel Perez I and Vanessa Cruz.

He is survived by his father, Erik Daniel Perez I, his daughters, Eleanor Daylany Perez and Evangeline Dream Perez, his brothers, Elijah Noah Perez and Simon Isaiah Sauceda, his sisters, Eryn Sauceda and Emma Perez, his maternal grandparents, Eleazar Cruz and Maria Cruz, and his paternal grandparents, Eleazar Perez and Maria Dolores Perez.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Vanessa Cruz, and his brother, Jacob Andrew Mendoza.

Viewing will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery, where he will receive his full Military Honors by the Active Duty Army Honor Guard with assistant from the American Legion Post 390.
