Florentino Ramos

Florentino Ramos, 95, went to heaven on September 24, 2022, he was born in La Feria, Tx., on January 23, 1927, to Manuel Ramos and Josefa Rios.

He is survived by his brother-in-law Felipe Lerma, his niece Sylvia Ann Montez and her husband Robert Montez, his great nephew Robert Montez Jr. (Victoria Montez), and his many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Rios, his mother, Josefa Ramos, his siblings, Hilario Ramos, Antonio Rojas, Leonardo Ramos, Manuel Ramos Jr., Rosario Carmona, and Juanita Lerma, his first wife, Hortencia Ramos, his second wife, Mary J Ramos, and his son, Eloy Ramos.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from 12:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Raymondville, Tx with interment followed to her final place of rest at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Robert Montez Jr., Ramiro Valdez Jr., Ramiro Adrian Valdez, Alonzo Gonzalez, Gilbert Montez, and Mark Montez.
