Francisco V. Cavazos

Francisco V. Cavazos, 86, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 21, 2023. He was born April 5, 1937, in Santa Monica, TX to Juan and Rosa Cavazos.

He is survived by his sons, Jonathan Andrew Cavazos and Jacques Anthony Cavazos, his daughter, Jacquelyne (Art+) Audrey Cavazos-Moreno, his brothers, Alfredo Cavazos (Hortencia+) and Rogerio Cavazos (Sylvia), his sisters; Celia (Jose+) Quintanilla and Elvira (Rogerio+) Marroquin, and his grandchildren, Anissa, Christian (Sarah) Cavazos, Noah, and Abigail. He is proceeded in his death by his wife, Helen Cavazos, his parents, Juan and Rosa Cavazos, brother, Leonel Cavazos, and son-in-law, Art Moreno.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, from 12 P.M. until 9 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, with a rosary service at 7 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at 10 A.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Cavazos Family Cemetery in Santa Monica, TX.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Joel Cavazos, Omar Cavazos, Brian Marroquin, Daniel Quintanilla, Christian Cavazos, and Jonathan Andrew Cavazos.

The family of the late Francisco Cavazos has requested memorial donations be made to Sunshine Haven at 7105 W. Lakeside Blvd., Olmito, Texas, 78575, in lieu of flowers.
