Hector L. Lopez

Hector Loya Lopez, 66, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at his residence. He was born on February 25, 1955 in Raymondville, Texas to Eusebio Lopez and Ester Loya Lopez.

Hector was a truck driver, he loved what he did. He also was a loving friend, father, and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eusebio Lopez and Ester Loya, and his wife, Diana Rodriguez Lopez. He is survived by his sons, Hector (Ruby) Lopez Jr. and Roland (Alma) Lopez, daughters, Judy Lee Lopez and Abby Lee Lopez (Abel Perez), grandchildren, Anthony Lopez, Destiny Lopez, Ciara Lopez, Larissa Lopez, Alyna Lopez, Eliana Lopez, Natalie Rodriguez, Jazmine Wright, Kristofer Palomo, Branden Palomo, Abel Perez, and Noriana Perez, and great grandchildren, Daniel E. Castillo and Rosie Bella Castillo, brothers, Eusebio Lopez and Max Lopez, and sisters, Diana Castillo, Betty Jean Rodriguez, and Yolanda Lopez.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. and resumed today, Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 6:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A chapel service was held on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral procession will follow to his final place of  rest at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers were Anthony Lopez, Joey Ramirez, Renny Salinas, Kevin Salinas, Alberto Rincon Jr., and Adrian lopez.

Honorary pallbearers were Hector Lopez Jr. and Roland Lopez.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave., Raymondville, TX 78580.
