Jacques Anthony Cavazos, 56, entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Raymondville, TX. He was born on September 25, 1969, in Raymondville TX., to Francisco Verver Cavazos and Maria Helena McKnown.
Tony Cavazos was a loving father, brother, and friend. Tony loved a good laugh, a good time, and a cold beer. He easily made friends wherever he went, enjoying the time he spent with them talking over concerts and his favorite metal bands. Tony enjoyed going out to his family’s ranch, grilling, and feeding those around him. Anissa and Christian attribute their great taste and horror movies, music, and humor to their dad.
He is survived by his children, Anissa and Christian, his older brother, Andrew Cavazos and his twin sister, Jackie Cavazos-Moreno.
He joins his parents, Francisco V. Cavazos and Helen McKown-Cavazos, in heaven, where they are peacefully reunited.
He will be deeply missed and remembered by those who were fortunate enough to know him. Tony has hung his keys and completed his final route. His family wishes him clear skies and green lights on the highway to heaven. Breaker, breaker Cuicui is officially 10-7. Rest in peace driver.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. All services will conclude at this time.
The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave, Raymondville, Texas 78580.
