Jeronimo Reyes

Jeronimo Reyes, 94, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born on November 2, 1926 in Mexico to Nicolas Reyes and Esperanza Orozco.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Ninfa Reyes, sons, Jaime (Elena) Reyes, Rigo (Veronica) Reyes, Jesus (Aisha) Reyes, Antonio (Teresa) Reyes, Geronimo (Juany) Reyes, daughters, Terri (Lionel) Tamez, Ninfa Silvia (Alberto) Vasquez, Diana (Mauricio) Hernandez, Vanessa (Sergio) Gonzales, Elva (Vicente) Alameda, Maria D. Ramirez, Esperanza (Rafael) Badillo, 43 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, and 19 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughters, Rosa and Esperanza Reyes, son, Pedro Reyes, grandchildren, Jasmine Nichole Grimaldo, Mireya Reyes, and Rafael Badillo, and son-in-law, Feliciano Ramirez.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A graveside service will be held today, Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. at the Lasara Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Luis F. Rodriguez, Alberto Vasquez Jr., Mauricio Hernandez Jr., Adrian Vasquez, Avram Vasquez, Sergio Gonzales Jr., Devon M. Reyes, and Sergio Vasquez. Honorary pallbearer will be Diego Vasquez.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave., Raymondville, TX 78580.
