Manuel H. Montalvo

Manuel H. Montalvo, 68, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 23, 2023, in Harlingen, TX. He was born on August 29, 1955, in Edinburg, TX, to Manuel Montalvo and Evangelina Garcia.

He is survived by his loving wife Maria C. Rodriguez, his daughters, Brittany Sustaita, Hollie D. Montalvo, and Denice R. Montalvo, his sons, Manuel Montalvo VI, and Noel Montalvo, his stepmother, Jesucita Montalvo, his sisters, Nora Montalvo, Cynthia Garcia, Myrtha Montalvo, and Dora Jimenez, his brothers, Robert (Duby) Montalvo, Joel Montalvo, Omar Montalvo, and Oscar Montalvo, his grandchildren, Uriah Sustaita, Bria Sustaita, Nicole Barco, Orlando Barco, Marc A. Barco, and Skyler Montalvo, and his great grandchild, Adelynn  R. Guerra.

He was preceded in death by his parents Manuel Montalvo Sr. and Evangelina Garcia.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home.  A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Martin's in Sebastian, Tx. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Sebastian Guadalupe Cemetery.
