Mary Sue Freeman, 82, of Lyford, Texas, gained her angel wings on Saturday, January 20, 2024, in Harlingen, Texas. She was born on August 28, 1941, in Raymondville, Tx, to Ralph Christian and R. E. Crain.
Mary Sue Freeman worked for the county tax office for 22 years.
She is survived by her sons, Scott Christian Freeman and Steven Mathew Freeman, her lifetime special best friend, Anne Kreuger Brackahn, her brothers, Dusty Smith and Rusty Smith, her sisters, Kathleen Christian and Kandy Christian, four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Carl Stanley Freeman, her parents, Ralph Costal Christian and R. E. Crain, her brothers Gene Christian and Raymond Christian and sister, Kay Christian.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
