Miguel "Mike" Montalvo

Miguel Noe “Mike” Montalvo, 74, of Santa Monica entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 8, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Santa Monica, TX on January 19, 1948.

Mike is survived by his wife of 51 years Enriqueta Ramirez Montalvo. He leaves behind to honor his memory, son, Eric Montalvo and wife Janeth, daughters, Argelia Gabbard and husband James, and Nereida Garcia and husband Andy. He is also survived by 7 beautiful granddaughters, Christian and Jacey Gabbard, Alexandra, Trinity, and Elida Garcia, and Aleah and Juliette Montalvo; a sister, Lucy Garza and husband Paul, and a brother, Rafael Montalvo and wife Melba. Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Rafaela Montalvo and five siblings, Rudy Montalvo, Heriberto Montalvo, Aurora Graham, Romana Flores, and Samuel Montalvo, Jr. Mike has hung up his boxing gloves, but as he would say to friends and family, “Keep on swinging!”

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022, from 3:00PM until 7:00PM with the holy rosary to be prayed at 6:00PM. All services will conclude after the visitation.
