Nelda D. Moreno

Nelda D. Moreno, 66, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 18, 2023, in Harlingen, Texas. She was born on August 20, 1957, in San Antonio to Juan Amador and Eulogia Ambriz.

She is survived by loving husband, Juan Jose Moreno, her sons, Ricardo (Mari) Moreno, Juan Javier (Marissa) Moreno, and Gabriel (Crystal) Moreno, her daughters, Amanda Lynn (Joel) Vega, and Marisabel Dolores Moreno, her brother, Johnny Amador, her sisters, Mary Pena, Mattie Tijerina, and Maricela Juarez, her grandchildren, Nethaniel M. Vega, Sonia Moreno, Celine L. Vega, Bradley Moreno, Israel Moreno, Joshua Moreno, Jacob Moreno, James Moreno, Mallorie Moreno, Leonel Moreno, , her great grandchild, Athena Garcia, and her fur babies, Bandit, B.B & Jade Moreno.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan Amador and Eulogia Amador, Luis Amador, Bobby Amador and Jolene Moreno.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Alejo Falcon, Damian Tijerina, Deremy Tijerina, Dean Tijerina, Dominic Tijerina, Anthony Cervantes, and Andrew Cervantes.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M at Good Shepherd Funeral Home and will resume on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. with a prayer service at 7 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Raymondville at 2 P.M. Interment will follow to her final place of rest that the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
