Rosa N. Hinojosa

Rosa Hinojosa, 85, entered eternal rest on Friday, October 10, 2025, in Raymondville, TX. Rosa was born on March 12, 1940, in San Jaun, Texas, to Alberto and Carmen Najera.

She is survived by her sons, Rudy Hinojosa and Raul Hinojosa Jr., her daughters, Linda Ledesma, Mary Ann Hinojosa, Sylvia Ramirez, and Cindy Hinojosa, her brothers, Alberto Najera Jr., Paul Najera, Pedro Najera, Juan Najera, Ruben Najera, Jose Najera, and Manuel Najera, her sisters, Lupe Perez, Carmen Escobar, Stella Rodriguez, Gloria Garcia, and Elidia Jaramillo, her 24 grandchildren, and by her 36 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raul Hinojosa Sr., her parents, Alberto and Carmen Hinojosa, her sister, Pauline Cano, her granddaughters, Deandra Vallejo and Alyssa Hinojosa, and her grandson, Sebastian Jay Cruz.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Vanessa Hinojosa, Andrew Hinojosa, Stephen Hinojosa, Leonard Ramirez, Adolfo H. Ramirez Jr., Noe Aaron Vallejo, and Noe Angel Vallejo.

Viewing will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Iglesia Pentecostes Independiente Inc. in Raymondville. Interment will follow to her final place of rest at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
