Rosendo T. Navarro, at the age of 83, eternal rest on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Harlingen, TX.
Rosendo was born on April 15, 1942, to Natividad Navarro and Maria Trevino in Saltillo, Coahuila.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Natividad and Maria Navarro; his brothers, Juan Navarro, Cecilio Navarro, and Samuel Navarro; his sisters, Ruth Gonzalez and Lydia Lopez, and by his son, Ruben Rosendo Navarro.
Rosendo was a lifelong resident of Sebastian, Texas. He was a hardworking, fearing man of God. He loved to play guitar and sing.
Left behind to cherish his loving memory is his daughter, Debra A. (Cesar) Salinas; his brothers, Ezequiel Navarro (Juanita), Joel Navarro (Winter), and Daniel Navarro (Dora), by his sisters, Gaudalupe Lara (Alejandro) and Mikey Salazar (Jose); his 3 grandchildren that he cherished, Aaliyah, Izabelle, and Ethan Salinas; and by numerous nephews and nieces.
Honored to service as pallbearers are Ezequiel Navarro, Cesar Salinas, Ehtan Salinas, Oscar Garcia Jr., Jaime Rodriguez, and Danny Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Life Tabernacle Church. Interment will follow to his final place of rest at the Santa Rita Sebastian Cemetery.
