Stephanie Reta

Stephanie Reta, 42, entered into eternal rest in Lyford, TX on Monday, February 12, 2024. She was born on November 13, 1981, in Harlingen, TX, to Geronimo Reta Jr. and Lydia Sauceda.

She is preceded in death her father-n-law Robert Barron Sr. and mother-n-law, Estela Lopez Barron, and her stepfather, Jose Luis “Louie” Saravia.  

She survived by her loving husband, Robert Barron Jr., her stepmom, Sonia Reta, her brothers, Geronimo Reta III (Brittany Reta), Jeremy Reta, Joel Reta, Justin Reta and brother-n-law, Rolando Barron, her sister, Jamie Lee Reta, and nephews, Noel Reta, Derik Jay Reta, Jakub Reta, Luis X. Ortiz, Josiah X. Townsend, and AJ Lopez, and her nieces, Madalyn Reta, and Bailey Grace Ortiz.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Robert Barron Jr., Geronimo Reta III, Jeremy Reta, Joel Reta, Noel Reta, and Eddie Lopez. Honorary pallbearers are Rolando Barron, Derik Reta, Jakub Reta, Luis Ortiz, Josiah Townsend, and AJ Lopez.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, from 12 P.M. until 9 P.M. with a holy rosary at 7 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral mass will held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Raymondville. Interment followed to her final place of rest at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
